Alaska Psychiatry is an informational directory of Alaska psychiatric providers, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and related behavioral health services. We are not a healthcare provider, telehealth platform, insurance company, or licensing board. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or referrals. Listings are compiled from public sources such as the NPI registry and provider websites, and are intended for general informational purposes only. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of any kind.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information about conditions, medications, insurance coverage, and clinical practices is general in nature and may not apply to your situation. Always consult a licensed clinician before making any healthcare decision. Your use of this site does not create a doctor-patient, therapist- client, or any other professional relationship with Alaska Psychiatry or with any provider listed on the site.

3. Emergencies and crisis resources

This site is not designed for emergencies. If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself or others, or need immediate help:

• Call 911 for a life-threatening emergency.
• Go to the nearest emergency department.

Do not use the contact, inquiry, or message forms on this site to report an emergency. Submissions are not monitored in real time.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, or accessing it with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you submit is accurate.

5. Directory listings and accuracy

We work to keep listings accurate, but we cannot guarantee that any provider's licensure, contact details, insurance acceptance, telehealth availability, appointment times, fees, specialties, or languages are current or correct at the time you view them. Information may change without notice. Always verify any detail directly with the provider before relying on it for a care decision.

Providers may request edits, additions, or removal of their listing at any time by contacting us through the message form. We aim to respond to listing requests within a reasonable time but make no guarantee of turnaround.

6. Submissions and user content

When you submit information through a form on this site (for example, a listing suggestion, contact inquiry, or message), you grant Alaska Psychiatry a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display that information for the purpose of operating the directory. You represent that you have the right to submit the information and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, copy, mirror, or resell directory data, in whole or in part.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, or impersonate any provider, person, or organization.
• Send protected health information (PHI), payment details, or any other sensitive information through our forms.
• Use the site to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any provider, patient, or other person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any related systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the site without our written permission.
• Interfere with the site's operation or with other users' access.

8. Third-party providers and links

The directory includes profiles, booking links, and references to third-party providers, websites, and services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, services, privacy practices, licensure status, or quality of care of any third party. Your interactions with any provider are solely between you and that provider.

9. Intellectual property

The site's design, layout, original text, code, and the compiled directory dataset are owned by Alaska Psychiatry or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. Provider names, logos, photos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Privacy

Our handling of information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. 12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALASKA PSYCHIATRY, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PROVIDER YOU CONTACT THROUGH IT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification
