Ethan Hansen, MD

Dr. Hansen's approach is to help patients identify the underlying issues that bring them to treatment, especially attending to psychological factors (including issues of meaning and purpose), social factors (such as community and connectedness), and lifestyle factors (such as diet, exercise, etc.). Ethan Hansen is originally from southeastern Idaho. Outside of work, Dr. Hansen enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with family.

Education & Training

• After graduating from the University of Washington School of Medicine through the WWAMI program, he completed residency at the University of Washington Boise Psychiatry Residency Program. He has experience in biomedical research, including behavioral neuroscience and developmental biology.
